Seven Fresh Coffee has officially launched its first global 24-hour intelligent unmanned coffee shop at Beijing Galaxy SOHO today. The outlet successfully achieved a Guinness World Record by supplying 202 cups of coffee within one hour, all produced by a robotic barista.
From grinding and extraction to blending, dispensing, and storing, every step is completed independently by the robot, with a single cup taking less than 30 seconds to make. The entire process is contactless and standardized. Customers place orders through a self-service system, and a smart screen in the store displays the entire production process in real time. In terms of flavor, the system allows for precise DIY customization of sweetness and coffee concentration from 1% to 100%, leveraging AI technology to balance standardization with personalized taste preferences.
By integrating JD.com's AI large model with embodied intelligence, Seven Fresh Coffee has standardized and automated the complex coffee-making process. This approach addresses common pain points in traditional coffee operations, such as inconsistent product quality, high labor costs, and limited operating hours. Looking ahead, the company plans to introduce an AI-powered personalized recommendation feature, which will intelligently suggest caffeine intake based on consumers' health conditions.
