Gpixel Changchun Microelectronics Inc. declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 2.5 per 10 shares (RMB 0.25 per share) for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The payout was approved by shareholders on 30 June 2026 and will be distributed on 28 August 2026.

The Hong Kong share register will close from 8 to 10 July 2026. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by 16:30 on 7 July 2026 to qualify for the dividend. The ex-dividend date is set for 6 July 2026, with 10 July 2026 designated as the record date.

Dividend payments will be made in Hong Kong dollars; the applicable exchange rate will be announced closer to the payment date.

Withholding tax will be applied according to shareholder category and domicile: • Individual non-resident shareholders: 10% or 20%, depending on the tax treaty in place between their country/region of domicile and the PRC. • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10%, in line with State Taxation Administration guidelines.
