Marco Polo Marine Ltd announced on Feb, 25 2026 that its issued share capital has risen to 3,761,821,080 ordinary shares after the allotment of 687,000 new shares pursuant to the Employee Share Option Scheme (2024).

The new shares were issued at an exercise price of 0.067 Singapore dollars each and will be listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange (SGX-ST) on Feb, 26 2026.
