On 10 September 2026, Playmates Holdings informed registered shareholders that its 2026 Interim Report has been dispatched and outlined updated procedures for selecting the language and delivery method of all future corporate communications.

Shareholders now have four options: 1. Access all future documents electronically via the company website (www.playmates.net) and receive either an email alert or a printed notification letter. 2. Receive printed documents in English only. 3. Receive printed documents in Chinese only. 4. Receive printed documents in both English and Chinese.

To change their existing preference, investors must complete and return the enclosed Request Form to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, via post or hand delivery. Alternatively, an email instruction can be sent to 635-ecom@vistra.com. Joint holders must ensure the shareholder named first on the register signs the form.

There is no charge for obtaining printed copies if electronic access proves impractical. Both English and Chinese versions of all corporate communications remain available on the company’s website and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange portal (www.hkex.com.hk).
