Rainbow Capital Holdings Limited, a corporation licensed under the Securities and Futures Ordinance to conduct Type 1 (dealing in securities) and Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activities, will provide advice to the independent board committee and independent shareholders regarding the offer. This advice will specifically address whether the offer is fair and reasonable and whether it should be accepted.
