Daido Group (00544) has announced that all conditions precedent under the subscription agreement have been satisfied, with the completion of the transaction taking place on 10 August 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement.

The subscriber has successfully subscribed for 10 million subscription shares at a subscription price of HK$1.00 per share. The 10 million subscription shares represent approximately 19.76% of the total issued share capital of the company immediately prior to the completion of the subscription, and approximately 16.50% of the company's issued share capital as enlarged by the allotment and issuance of the subscription shares.
