Chen Yibin has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of GuiXin Group (08349), effective January 26, 2026. Following Mr. Chen's appointment, the composition of the following Board committees will be amended accordingly: the Company's Audit Committee, where Mr. Chen joins as a member; the Company's Nomination Committee, where he assumes the role of Chairman; the Company's Remuneration Committee, where he is appointed as a member; and the Company's Risk Management Committee, where he also becomes a member.
