Daohe Global Group Limited (Stock Code: 915) has announced its updated Board of Directors, which comprises one Executive Director and three Independent Non-executive Directors. The Executive Director is Wong Hing Lin, Dennis, who serves as Chief Executive Officer and President. The Independent Non-executive Directors are Lau Shu Yan, Zhang Huijun, and Luo Juan.

The company maintains five Board committees covering Executive, Audit, Remuneration, Nomination, and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) matters. Currently, the Executive Committee has a single member and is thus inquorate, rendering its functions temporarily suspended until reconstitution.
