Y.T. REALTY (00075) announced that Ms. Chen Xiumei has resigned from her position as the company secretary, effective November 25, 2025. Following her departure, Ms. Chen will no longer serve as the authorized representative under the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules or as the company’s legal process agent for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law). Mr. Bi Jiazhuo will be appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, effective from November 25, 2025.
