Red Avenue New Materials Group Co.,Ltd. (603650.SH) has announced that it is proceeding with the issuance of overseas-listed shares (H shares) and a listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The company has confirmed a final price of HK$44.00 per share for this H-share issuance.

The H shares are expected to be listed and begin trading on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 29, 2026.
