CRCCE (01786) has announced that, as the previous product and service procurement framework agreement is set to expire on December 31, 2026, the company has entered into a new product and service procurement framework agreement with China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (CHINA RAIL CONS) on May 26, 2026. This new agreement serves to renew the former arrangement. Under the terms, CRCCE and/or its subsidiaries have agreed to procure products and services from CHINA RAIL CONS and/or its associates. The agreement is effective from January 1, 2027, through to December 31, 2029.
