Shanxi Xinghuacun Fen Wine Factory Co., Ltd. released its 2025 annual report on April 22. The report indicates the company achieved annual operating revenue of 387.18 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 7.52%. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company reached 12.246 billion yuan, up 0.03% compared to the previous year. In the fourth quarter alone, the company generated revenue of 5.794 billion yuan and a net profit attributable to the parent company of 842 million yuan.

By product category, sales revenue from Fenjiu products amounted to 374.41 billion yuan in 2025, an increase of 7.72% year-on-year. Revenue from other alcoholic beverages reached 1.151 billion yuan, growing by 3.09%.

Regionally, revenue from markets outside Shanxi province totaled 25.202 billion yuan, a significant increase of 12.64% year-on-year, accounting for 65.30% of total revenue. Revenue from within the province was 13.391 billion yuan, a slight decrease of 0.81%.

In terms of sales channels, wholesale and agency channels contributed 36.093 billion yuan in sales revenue for 2025. Direct sales, group purchases, and e-commerce platforms generated 2.5 billion yuan in revenue.
