Wuxi Lead repurchases 57,400 H-shares for HK$1.58 million; buy-back utilisation reaches 7.92% of mandate

On 30 September 2026, Wuxi Lead Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (Wuxi Lead) executed an on-exchange repurchase of 57,400 H-shares, paying an aggregate HK$1.58 million. The transaction was carried out within the price band of HK$26.42–28.02 per share, implying a volume-weighted average cost of HK$27.60.

Following the buy-back, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell to 107.20 million, a 0.05% reduction from the previous day. Treasury shares climbed to 0.86 million, leaving total issued shares unchanged at 108.06 million.

The purchase forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 21 May 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 10.81 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 855,600 shares, equivalent to 7.92% of the authorised limit and 0.79% of the issued share base on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Wuxi Lead is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, effective until 30 October 2026.
