Viva Biotech Holdings disclosed a further on-market repurchase of 693,000 ordinary shares on 9 June 2026, paying between HK$1.13 and HK$1.15 per share for a total cash outlay of HK$0.79 million.

Including this latest transaction, the company has bought back 26.91 million shares since initiating purchases on 8 May 2026. The aggregate volume represents 1.26 % of the shares in issue on the date (12 June 2025) when shareholders granted the current buyback mandate allowing up to 212.84 million shares to be repurchased. All 26.91 million repurchased shares remain outstanding pending formal cancellation.

Despite the ongoing programme, Viva Biotech’s issued share capital stood unchanged at 2.13 billion shares as of the close on 9 June 2026 because none of the repurchased shares had yet been cancelled.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares until 9 July 2026 following the most recent buyback.

The board confirms that every repurchase complied with Hong Kong listing regulations and the terms of the mandate approved on 12 June 2025.
