Values Cultural Announces COO Liu Tieqiang’s Resignation and Board Committee Adjustment

Values Cultural Investment Limited disclosed that Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer Liu Tieqiang will step down effective 16 June 2026 to concentrate on other business commitments. Liu confirmed there is no disagreement with the Board or the company, and no further matters need to be brought to shareholders’ attention. The Board expressed appreciation for his contributions.

Concurrently, Executive Director Cai Xiaoxin has been appointed to the Nomination Committee, also effective 16 June 2026.

Following these changes, the Board will comprise: • Executive Directors: Liu Naiyue (Chairman), Cai Xiaoxin, Liu Peiyao, and Li Fang • Non-Executive Director: Shao Hui • Independent Non-Executive Directors: Xian Guoming, Xu Zongzheng, Zhong Mingshan, and Liu Jingping
