C&D INTL GROUP (01908) announced that Ms. Zhao Chengmin, an executive director, has been appointed as a member of the company's Nomination Committee. Mr. Dai Yiyi, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee. Mr. Lin Weiguo, an executive director, will no longer serve as Chairman and member of the Nomination Committee. The changes take effect from November 28, 2025.
