Riverine China (01417) announced that Mr. Cai Yufei has voluntarily resigned from his positions as the company's Financial Controller, Company Secretary, and Authorized Representative under both the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective April 15, 2026, due to personal reasons. Ms. Li Zhaolei, the company's Deputy Financial Controller, has been appointed as the new Financial Controller, effective from the same date. Ms. Chen Xuanwen has been appointed as the new Company Secretary in accordance with Listing Rule 3.28, also effective April 15, 2026. Mr. Zhang Bo has been appointed as the new joint Authorized Representative under the Companies Ordinance, and Ms. Chen has been appointed as the new joint Authorized Representative under the Listing Rules, replacing Mr. Cai, effective April 15, 2026.
