MINDTELL TECH (08611) announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Henan Lixuan Network Technology Co., Ltd. (Henan Lixuan), has been authorized to use the "MINDTELL TECH International" name in its business dealings with partner entities. Since the initial announcement, Henan Lixuan has actively pursued market expansion and merchant development, achieving significant operational progress. As of the date of this announcement, Henan Lixuan has established cooperative relationships with over 4,000 merchants, with its business network spanning more than 29 provincial-level regions across mainland China. From the completion of the Group's acquisition of Henan Lixuan up to the date of this announcement, the cumulative gross merchandise volume (GMV) generated from these partnerships has exceeded RMB 150 million (unaudited). These collaborations demonstrate the successful scaling of the Group's authorized operation model and have laid a solid foundation for its future business growth.
