On 23 September 2026, SY Holdings Group Limited announced that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (http://www.syholdings.com) and on HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). Paper copies have been dispatched only to shareholders who previously requested hard-copy communications.

Shareholders who have not yet provided an email address can now opt to receive future corporate-communication notices electronically. To do so, investors must complete the enclosed reply form, supply a valid email address in block capitals, sign the form, and return it via email (6069-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk), post, or by hand to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Union Registrars Limited, at Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong. Local mail can be sent postage-free using the pre-printed label.

The electronic-notification mandate—once submitted—will apply to all future corporate communications until shareholders give written notice to amend their preference or until 31 December 2027, whichever comes first. After that date, an additional written request will be required to continue receiving printed documents.
