China Display Optoelectronics Technology Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 334) announced the results of its Special General Meeting (SGM) held on 4 December 2025. The meeting considered and passed an ordinary resolution regarding the Further Revised 2025 Sale Annual Cap set out in the company’s circular dated 19 November 2025.

According to the poll results, the resolution received 74,263,601 votes in favor (100.00%) and no votes against. As at the record date of 28 November 2025, the company had 2,114,307,929 shares in issue. High Value Ventures Limited, an indirect subsidiary of TCL Technology holding 1,357,439,806 shares (approximately 64.20% of total shares), abstained due to its interest in the proposed cap. Consequently, 756,868,123 shares (about 35.80% of the total) were eligible to vote on the resolution.

The resolution was thus passed as an ordinary resolution by poll. All nine directors were present at the SGM either in person or via electronic means.
