Sheng Tang Holdings Limited (ST HLDGS, HKEX: 08305) issued a clarification concerning its annual results announcement for the year ended 31 December 2025, originally released on 27 March 2026.

The Board disclosed that a typographical error affected the unit description of the basic and diluted loss per share figure shown in both the Consolidated Statement of Profit or Loss and Other Comprehensive Income and Note 9 “Loss per Share.” The numerical amount of 1.43 remains accurate; however, the unit should read “HK$1.43 cents” in English and “港仙 1.43” in Chinese.

Management emphasized that this correction is limited to the unit description only and does not alter any other data or disclosures within the previously published financial statements. All underlying financial results for FY 2025 therefore remain unchanged.

The Board expressed regret for any confusion caused and affirmed that it accepts full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the information disclosed.
