Jiuzhi Intelligent and Cainiao Unmanned Vehicles have jointly announced a deep strategic integration of their unmanned vehicle businesses. Cainiao has become a shareholder in Jiuzhi by injecting its own unmanned vehicle operations and making a cash investment, supporting Jiuzhi in building a RoboVan "super aircraft carrier." This move signifies the official commencement of deep collaboration between the two parties in the RoboVan domain.

Following this strategic partnership, Cainiao will cease its own production and direct sales of unmanned vehicles. Instead, it will leverage its strengths in logistics scenarios and ecosystem to expand the application of unmanned vehicles within the logistics field. Jiuzhi will obtain the brand license for "Cainiao Unmanned Vehicles," initiating a dual-brand operation strategy.

Post-integration, the combined fleet of vehicles delivered by the two companies exceeds 20,000 units. Kong Qi, CEO of Jiuzhi Intelligent, stated, "This integration is a critical milestone for the autonomous driving industry, marking a shift from 'single-point breakthroughs' to 'system integration,' and it will infuse our company with a broader, more globalized perspective."
