On 24 April 2026, Brii Biosciences Limited (BRII-B) announced that its 2025 Annual Report, Circular, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form, together with the 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, have been uploaded to both the company’s website (http://www.briibio.com) and the HKEX news portal (http://www.hkexnews.hk).

Printed copies of the above corporate communications are being dispatched only to shareholders who have previously requested physical documentation.

Registered shareholders may switch at any time between electronic and printed versions by submitting a written or e-mail request to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar.
