TRADEGO (08017) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Power Mind Global Limited, has completed the acquisition of a 33.4% equity interest in Tiger Faith AM International Limited. The transaction was finalized on April 30, 2026, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the share purchase agreement. Following the completion, the buyer now holds a 33.4% stake in the target company. The target company is the sole shareholder of an asset management firm, which is a limited liability company incorporated in Hong Kong. This asset management firm is licensed under the Securities and Futures Ordinance to conduct Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 9 (asset management) regulated activities. The board of directors believes this acquisition will help the group further develop a diversified financial platform. It will enable the utilization of the relevant licenses to provide customers with more distinctive comprehensive products and services, aligning with the overall interests of the company and its shareholders.
