HTSC has announced the completion of its short-term corporate bond issuance targeting professional investors.

The issuance of the fifth tranche of short-term corporate bonds for professional investors by Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. (ASX: 06886) concluded on July 9, 2026.

The final issuance scale for this tranche reached RMB 6.6 billion, with a coupon rate set at 1.52%.

The subscription was oversubscribed, achieving a coverage ratio of 3.51 times the offering amount.
