CH AGRI-PROD EX (00149) announced its interim results for the six months ended September 30, 2025. The group recorded revenue of HK$189 million, representing a 37.5% year-on-year decrease. Profit attributable to shareholders stood at HK$7.82 million, down 23.92% compared to the same period last year. Earnings per share were HK$0.008 cents.

The company stated that the decline in shareholder profit was primarily due to reduced gains from the sale of subsidiaries. This was partially offset by several factors, including (but not limited to) an increase in fair value gains from self-owned investment properties compared to the corresponding period in 2024.
