Premarket Movers | Verint Soars 20%; Planet Labs Rockets 19%; MongoDB Surges 16%; PVH Sinks 8%

Verint, the consumer engagement platform provider, surged 19.7% in premarket trading. In the first quarter, Verint reported adjusted earnings of 29 cents per share on revenue of $208 million. That surpassed the LSEG consensus estimate of 22 cents per share in earnings and revenue of $195 million.

Planet Labs reported better-than-expected first quarter results and provided solid guidance, sending its shares surging 18.6% in premarket trading.

The Earth imaging company posted adjusted earnings per share of $0.00 for the quarter ended April 30, 2025, beating analyst estimates of a $0.03 loss. Revenue rose 10% YoY to a record $66.3 million, surpassing the consensus forecast of $62.36 million.

MongoDB lifted its annual guidance and hiked its share buyback program after reporting first-quarter results that topped estimates. MongoDB jumped 15.8% in premarket trading.

PVH Corp reported better-than-expected first quarter results, but shares fell 7.9% in premarket trading as the company slashed its full-year earnings outlook.
