BMO initiates HCA Healthcare as outperform

BMO said the company is resilient.

” HCA’s ongoing investments in attractive geographies with strong demographic tailwinds coupled with accumulating benefits from its ongoing ‘resiliency’ program should keep EBITDA compounding in line with its longer-term 4-6% targeted CAGR despite weathering one of the toughest macro backdrops the industry has faced in a while.”

Morgan Stanley reiterates SpaceX as overweight

Morgan Stanley said SpaceX is not a likely threat to the wireless companies right now.

“As a result, we believe SpaceX will have limited ability to access significant swaths of critical mid-band spectrum in urban areas. The lack of an imminent threat to the Big 3′s core markets could mean that any potential MVNO agreement may not happen until several years from now.”

“Overall, MSFT clearly turned the corner post the June quarter print and with our growing sense the company can drive sustained strong Azure upside (200-300 bps) stemming from incremental capacity monetization, reduced LLM R & D intensity and accelerating OAI revenue contribution given the uptick in OAI’s business, we expect recent stock momentum to continue into 2H.”
