SINO HOTELS (01221) announced that Mr. Huang Zhixiang has decided to step down from his positions as Chairman and Executive Director of the company, as well as Chairman of the Board's Nomination Committee, effective August 31, 2025. Mr. Huang Yongguang, currently an Executive Director and Vice Chairman of the company, will succeed Mr. Huang Zhixiang as Chairman and Chairman of the Board's Nomination Committee, effective August 31, 2025.
