RS MACALLINE (01528) announced that the company received a written resignation letter submitted by Ms. Qiu Zhe on September 15, 2025. Due to personal career planning reasons, Ms. Qiu Zhe applied to resign from her positions as Board Secretary, Joint Company Secretary, Deputy General Manager of the company, and Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The aforementioned resignations took effect from the date the written resignation letter was delivered to the Board of Directors.

Ms. Wu Xiuwei has resigned from her positions as Joint Company Secretary of the company and as the agent authorized to receive legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong as required under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules due to work transfer, effective from September 15, 2025.

In accordance with the provisions of Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, Mr. Li Yupeng, Chairman and Executive Director, has been appointed as Authorized Representative, effective from September 15, 2025. Mr. Li Yupeng will serve as Authorized Representative jointly with the existing Authorized Representative Mr. Yang.

In addition, Ms. Ou Zheng has been appointed as the sole Company Secretary and Legal Procedures Agent of the company, effective from September 15, 2025.
