Beijing Chunlizhengda Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. (Chunli Medical) has postponed its H-shareholders’ class meeting, originally slated for 26 May 2026, to 2:00 p.m. on 5 June 2026.

The adjournment follows the company’s disclosure that holders of H shares intending to attend did not meet the minimum quorum requirement—one-third of the total voting H shares—set out in the articles of association.

Venue details remain unchanged: No. 10 Xinmi Xi Er Road, Southern District of Tongzhou Economic Development Zone, Tongzhou District, Beijing.

Previously distributed proxy forms dated 29 April 2026 retain full validity for the rescheduled session. H-shareholders yet to lodge proxies must submit completed forms and any supporting documentation to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, at least 24 hours before the new meeting time.
