JPMorgan Chase & Co. bought 304,400 shares of SICC (02631) at an average of HKD 82.7463 per share on August 14, 2026, involving about HKD 25.19 million.

Prior to the acquisition, JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s long position in SICC was 3.63 million shares, representing 6.61%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 3.94 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 7.17%.
