This stake, combined with 750 million shares (representing 73.53% of the issued share capital) held by one major shareholder of the company, amounted to 90.83% of the total issued shares. Consequently, only 93.54 million shares (9.17% of the issued share capital) were held by other shareholders. The company's closing share price rose 275% from HK$0.80 on October 9, 2025, to HK$3.00 on January 27, 2026. On February 4, 2026, the company's share price closed at HK$2.94, which was 268% higher than the closing price of HK$0.80 on October 9, 2025.
