The company advises registered shareholders who have not yet provided an email address to do so by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Without a functional email address on file, shareholders:

1. Will not receive email notifications of new publications; 2. Must check the company and HKEXnews websites proactively; and 3. Will receive actionable corporate communications in printed form only.

Shareholders preferring hard-copy materials can request printed versions—valid for one year—by completing the reply form or emailing kingdee.ecom@computershare.com.hk (include name and address).

The initiative follows the original notice issued on 21 June 2024 and aligns Kingdee’s disclosure practices with broader market moves toward digital-first investor communication.
