CEB BANK (HKEX: 06818) has announced that its first series of preference shares, identified by the code 360013 and known as "CEB Priority 1," will distribute a dividend on June 25, 2026.

The cash dividend will be paid at a rate of RMB 3.60 per share, calculated based on the preference share's stated dividend rate of 3.60%.

The total dividend payout amounts to RMB 720 million, inclusive of applicable taxes.
