The Group announced its business update for the six months ended Jun, 30 2026, reporting revenue of USD 320.3 million, up 12.2 % from USD 285.5 million in the corresponding period of 2025.

EBITDA declined 8.2 % year-on-year to USD 45.9 million, while net profit attributable to shareholders fell 20.4 % to USD 33.3 million. Earnings per share decreased to 6.2 U.S. cents from 7.8 U.S. cents.

Container-shipping volume rose to 1,007 thousand TEU from 990 thousand TEU, and average revenue per TEU increased to USD 273 from USD 250. Despite the higher rates, operating margin was pressured by increased stevedoring, bunker and charter-hire costs.

In the bulk and tanker division, fleet size remained at eight vessels but employment days fell to 1,189 from 1,293, reflecting vessel downtime. Two chemical tankers were sold in Jun, 2026; one transaction was completed and the second is scheduled to close in the third quarter.

Logistics continued to expand, with pallet-position storage occupancy rising to 178.7 thousand from 145.0 thousand, and volume handled advancing to 1,594.1 thousand pallet equivalents from 1,095.8 thousand, aided by stronger fourth-party-logistics activities.

Cash stood at USD 356.5 million at Jun, 30 2026, compared with USD 350.2 million as at Dec, 31 2025. Total debt, including lease liabilities, increased to USD 348.6 million following the purchase of container vessels, lifting gearing to 0.56 times from 0.54 times. Net asset value per share was 116.7 U.S. cents, marginally higher than 115.9 U.S. cents at year-end 2025.

The board declared an interim dividend of 1.35 Singapore cents per share.
