Voicecomm Technology Co., Ltd. (VOICECOMM, 02495) has executed a supplemental agreement with the subscriber on 9 March 2026 to extend the long-stop date for completion of its planned H-share subscription.

The original deadline, set at two months after the 12 January 2026 subscription agreement—i.e., 12 March 2026—has been pushed back by 29 days to 10 April 2026. The extension is intended to allow additional time for satisfaction or waiver of the conditions precedent to completion.

All other terms and conditions of the original subscription agreement remain unchanged.
