Pharmaron (HKEX: 03759) has announced the results of its annual general meeting, where shareholders passed resolutions to appoint new members to the company's board of directors.

Following the shareholder vote, Dr. Lou Boliang, Mr. Lou Xiaoqiang, and Ms. Zheng Bei have been appointed as executive directors for the fourth term of the board.

Additionally, Ms. Wan Xuan has been appointed as a non-executive director.

The appointments of Ms. Li Lihua, Professor Zeng Jinfeng, and Ms. Shen Rong as independent non-executive directors for the fourth board term were also approved.
