On September 22nd, the eighth working day of the new pricing cycle, the crude oil change rate has fallen sharply from 10.05% on September 21st to 9.32%. This has reduced the expected increase for gasoline and diesel retail prices from 580 yuan per ton down to 540 yuan per ton, which translates to a per-liter rise of between 0.41 and 0.49 yuan.
