Recently, METASPACEX announced that to seize the historic opportunity presented by the global smart robotics industry boom, and to align with trends in hard technology development and national policies promoting the digital economy and high-end manufacturing, the Group will deepen its dual-driven strategy of "Digital Intelligence + Hard Technology." It plans to focus on developing new business in the field of Open Claw next-generation open smart gripper actuators, positioning itself in the core components gold track of the global smart robotics industry and building a core second growth engine for the Group's long-term sustainable development.

In the field of Open Claw next-generation open smart gripper actuators, the Group intends to invest a total of approximately HK$500 million over three fiscal years. This investment will cover a full-chain layout including core technology R&D, large-scale production capacity construction, and global market ecosystem expansion, formally entering the smart robotics core components sector. The aim is to cultivate this area into a new growth engine for the Group's long-term sustainable development. The planned funds will be allocated according to schedule, with an expected distribution as follows: approximately 40% dedicated specifically to core technology R&D and intellectual property system construction, about 35% for building intelligent mass production capacity, around 15% for global market expansion and ecosystem development, and roughly 10% for building a professional talent team.
