Ling Yui Holdings Limited has issued a notice convening an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 18 June 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at 35/F, Dah Sing Financial Centre, 248 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
The sole agenda item is a special resolution to change the English name of the company from “Ling Yui Holdings Limited” to “AiLife International Group Limited” and the dual foreign name from “凌 控股有限公司” to “愛生命國際集團有限公司”. The resolution is conditional upon approval by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands. If approved, the board will be authorised to take all necessary steps to effect the change.

Shareholders entitled to attend and vote may appoint one or more proxies. Completed proxy forms must reach the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at least 48 hours before the meeting.
The notice also sets out contingency arrangements for severe weather. If Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above), “extreme conditions” caused by super typhoons, or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in force between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on the meeting date, the EGM will be postponed and a further announcement will be issued. Treasury shares, if any, are not entitled to vote.
