Scholar Education Group disclosed that the scheme trustee acquired 522,000 shares on 24 June 2026 under the company’s share award scheme.

• Purchase details: the average price was HK$1.07 per share, bringing total consideration to roughly HK$0.56 million. The volume represents about 0.08% of issued share capital.

• Post-transaction holding: the trustee now holds 31.73 million shares, equivalent to 4.71% of total shares outstanding.

The board reiterated that the current market valuation does not reflect the company’s intrinsic value and signalled its intention to continue instructing the trustee to buy shares when deemed appropriate. Vesting quantities and conditions for selected participants will be determined at the board’s discretion.
