Mapletree Industrial Trust announced on Feb, 6 2026 the appointment of Ms Soo Yar Ping as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective Feb, 9 2026.

Ms Soo is currently a Partner at Adams Street Partners Singapore Pte. Ltd. and sits on the firm’s Primary Investment Committee. She will join the Board alongside nine other independent directors, expanding the board’s composition to fifteen members.

The Manager noted that Ms Soo’s experience in private equity and Asian investment markets is expected to strengthen the board’s diversity and strategic capabilities.
