The trustee for DOBOT (HKG: 02432) has purchased shares in the market under the company's H-share incentive plan.

According to an announcement, the trustee bought a total of 100,000 H shares on July 7, 2026, in accordance with the plan's terms and conditions.

As of the date of the announcement, the trustee has cumulatively purchased 700,200 H shares, with a total consideration of approximately HK$18.0118 million.

These shares are held in trust for the benefit of eligible participants in the incentive scheme.
