WING LEE DEV (09639) announced that the company and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) were unable to reach a consensus on the audit fees for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026 (FY2026). Consequently, the company requested, and PwC accepted, the resignation of the company's auditor, effective January 30, 2026.

Following the recommendation of the company's audit committee, the board of directors has resolved to appoint King Do Luen Shing CPA Limited as the company's new auditor, effective January 30, 2026, to fill the casual vacancy created by PwC's resignation. King Do Luen Shing will hold office until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
