Gl Tech Co.,Ltd. has stated in response to investor inquiries that the current situation in the Middle East has had limited impact on its Israeli ADT factory. The facility's buildings, equipment, and personnel are all secure, and subsidiary operations remain stable. The ADT plant is included on the Israeli government's whitelist of enterprises permitted to operate normally during emergencies and wartime, with access to security protection. During periods of heightened tension, ADT employees follow government safety protocols by entering on-site shelters, where they can continue working—sending and receiving emails and maintaining communication—ensuring uninterrupted business operations. Over the past two to three years, aside from periodic disruptions in logistics, production and R&D have largely proceeded without interference. ADT management and the sales team promptly communicated with customers when events arose. The company’s factories in the UK and Zhengzhou also provide production coordination and procurement support to the ADT subsidiary, helping ensure customer order delivery and minimizing the impact of external conditions on clients. The ADT facility maintains thorough emergency preparedness and strong risk resilience. The company will continue monitoring the situation, maintain close communication with relevant parties, and make every effort to safeguard overseas employees and stabilize the industrial supply chain. Investors are advised to remain aware of potential risks.
