HUANXI MEDIA (01003) has announced that Mr. Cai Yongguan has submitted his resignation as the company's Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, and will therefore cease to act as an authorized representative, effective August 10, 2026.

Effective from the same date, Ms. Liu Jia and Mr. Liu Fei have been appointed as Joint Company Secretaries of the company. Additionally, Ms. Liu Jia has been appointed as an authorized representative.
