Cellebrite shares surged 22% in overnight trading after the digital investigation solutions provider reported third-quarter earnings that significantly exceeded analyst expectations, driven by strong subscription revenue growth.

Cisco raised its forecast for full-year profit and revenue on Wednesday, banking on multi-billion-dollar data center expansions to drive demand for its networking equipment. Shares of the San Jose, California-based company, a supplier of networking technologies for cloud, enterprise and communications service providers, rose more than 7% in overnight trading.

Ardent Health (ARDT) reported a Q3 net loss late Wednesday of $0.17 per diluted share, compared with earnings of $0.19 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of $0.42. Revenue in the three months ended Sept. 30 rose to $1.58 billion from $1.45 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.55 billion. Ardent Health shares fell 29% in overnight trading.

Shares of bitcoin miner Bitdeer Technologies BTDR.O down 15% in overnight trading after planned capital raise news. Singapore-based BTDR announces direct stock offering to certain holders of its 5.25% convertible bonds (CBs) due 2029 and private offering of $400 mln CBs due 2031.

DLocal (DLO) reported Q3 earnings late Wednesday of $0.17 per diluted share, up from $0.09 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.17. Revenue in the three months ended Sept. 30 rose to $282.5 million from $185.8 million a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $262 million. DLocal shares fell 14% in overnight trading.
