TIANJINPORT DEV (03382) announced that on September 30, 2025, Yuansheng Warehousing Company (a subsidiary of the company) successfully acquired land use rights for a plot located in Tianjin Port, Binhai New District, Tianjin, China, for RMB 303 million through a public tender organized and implemented by Tianjin Binhai Center. The transaction confirmation document for the acquisition was obtained on the same day, and the land use rights transfer contract is expected to be executed on or before October 21, 2025. Yuansheng Warehousing Company has paid a tender deposit of RMB 60.6 million. According to the announcement, the group will advance its yard construction project through this acquisition, further improve the bulk cargo functional layout of Tianjin Port area, promote large-scale and intensive development of port area bulk cargo transportation, enhance storage capacity, and meet the transportation and shipping demands of dry bulk cargo vessels and customers, thereby strengthening the comprehensive competitiveness of Tianjin Port's dry bulk cargo business and creating greater benefits for the group.
