Kwong Chun-chung has resigned from his positions as the company secretary, the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and the authorized representative in Hong Kong for accepting legal documents and notices under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622), effective January 9, 2026. Tan Shiwei has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative, and agent for legal documents, with his appointment also taking effect from January 9, 2026.
